DRIED URINE TEST FOR COMPREHENSIVE HORMONES (DUTCH)

DUTCH testing provides an in-depth profile of sex and adrenal hormones, including their metabolites. DUTCH also includes melatonin (6-OHMS), 8-OHdG, nine organic acids and a daily pattern of free cortisol. Urine samples taken over the course of the day reveal insights on how the body is processing hormones throughout the day.

GI-MAP MICROBIAL ASSAY PLUS

The GI-Map measures gut microbiota DNA from a stool sample with quantitative polymerase chain reaction (qPCR) technology. It looks for microbes that may be disturbing normal microbial balance or contributing to illness as well as markers of digestion, absorption, inflammation, and immune function.

MICRONUTRIENT TEST BY SPECTRACELL

SpectraCell’s Micronutrient test measures functional deficiencies of nutrients within the white blood cells, where metabolism occurs.     A $299 one-time 90-minute Hair Tissue Mineral Analysis with Personalized Plan session. Includes test cost. This is our lowest cost offering and a great entry point option.

    Most 1-on-1 services come with message support Monday-Friday, personalized plans after each appointment and extra resources via secure messaging.

    Additional Costs & Full Transparency:

    Expect to budget $250-1000 for lab testing. Labs are not necessary in all cases, but are often recommended and do help to personalize and guide the intervention better.

    Expect to budget $75-200 monthly for supplements, which are not a requirement in all cases, but are often utilized as supportive aids while we’re addressing the lifestyle pieces.
